I OWN THE RIGHTS TO ALL MY DESIGNS. To put this simply, if I see a character being mishandled or deleted on purpose, you will be put on my blacklist and the character you owned will be put back up for sale. I know this may come off as rude, but this is so no design theft or anything can happen on my page. If you bought the design from me, you own them and can do whatever you wish with them as long as you don't delete them off of Toyhouse!
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU ALLOWED TO REDISTRIBUTE MY DESIGNS/CHARACTERS UNLESS BOUGHT, SELL THEM AS NFTS, COLORPICK, ROLEPLAY AS THEM UNLESS BOUGHT/ARE OWNER OF, OR OTHERWISE STEAL MY ARTWORK, DESIGNS AND CHARACTERS. I OWN THE COMMERICAL RIGHTS TO ALL OF MY DESIGNS AND ARTWORK UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED OR AGREED UPON.
