The scarf was given to him by his mom as a parting gift
His design, at least the colors, were loosely inspired by the old color palette sneasel had in gen2, thats also why his scarf has those colors :]
Also VERY loosely based on hisuian sneasel, thats why poison jab and the pattern on the face
