Wally

Really chill dude. Open-minded and friendly. Reasonable. Not easily surprised. Lazy and likes eating. Can be gullible. Prefers to stay out of danger. Generally follows the rules. Likes to be sarcastic, but usually tries not to actually offend anyone (unless that person is a jerk). Not easily offended, and he won't retort back if insulted - he'll probably just roll his eyes and shrug it off. Defensive of his brother. Can be easily tricked into doing things.

A really chill, yet gullible, canine. He's generally open-minded and friendly. He's known for his sarcasm, but he tries not to offend others when doing so. He's not easily offended and will simply roll his eyes and shrug it off if he is insulted. Close to and protective of his brother Rhydian, though they don't always agree on everything.

Can be drawn with his brother Rhydian. They are close and they get along pretty well (although Rhydian can sometimes be annoyed by Wally's sarcasm.)

Can be drawn with Sheu. They are friends, and Wally can oftentimes help cheer up Sheu.

Can be drawn with Haddock. They get along okay and they are somewhat friends, but Wally can get annoyed by Haddock and he doesn't agree with Haddock's thievery.

Can be drawn with Rhyder. Wally is fine with Rhyder, but Rhyder doesn't like Wally very much (since Wally's brother Rhydian doesn't get along with Rhyder). Rhyder could be growling or insulting Wally for practically no reason, though Wally doesn't care too much and would probably just roll his eyes.
