Laguna is an anti-social water dragon who can take on a human form. They like their peace and quiet, passing the time by relaxing near any body of water.
They enjoy singing, but their alluring voice tends to attract people to them, so they're sometimes accused of being a siren. On the contrary, they sing for themselves and find it annoying that they can't just be left alone.
There are a few people they like being around, but they'll never admit that. They say that they're just tolerating them.
