Jeliah is a smart, quick to anger, and sometimes wild StarEater. She's still young without a lot of life experience.

Backstory
Jeliah was born into a family that did not love her. Her parents saw her as nothing more than another employee, someone else that they could put to work. She was given Heli by accident after she had wandered oiutside of her playpen and into the tiger's. There, she found Heli and they proceeded to nap together. When her parents tried to separate them, Jeliah cried and cried until she was reunited with Heli. Heli didn't care much and stuck with her anyways, and the two became quick friends.
Once Jeliah was old enough, at around age 10, her parents started putting her to work. Her siblings taught her everything that she needed to know, from how to prepare almost every drink, to how to sweep the floors and keep a smile on her face. She didn't exactly hate it, because this was how parents were, right? Working was normal, so was handling alcohol, and passing police a square whenever they came by. Everything was as it should have been. Maybe.
She kept working for many more years until her parents finally cut her some slack and gave her looser hours. She got to go on many more adventures with Heli then, and meet people that she never would have otherwise, had she remained cooped up there.
