Other:
Borage is the product or son of a wealthy Vortian merchant and a Grey scientist. His parents had gotten together during one of his fathers scientific research missions. His father, a Grey by name of Finch, took a liking to a local Vortian merchant, Sage. They hit it off during one of the local festivals. Sage took a shine to the tall Grey and he was keen on the small Vort as well. After courting for a few years they married. His parents had tried for well over 5 years to have a child. Finally... after they’d given up hope, Borage was born.
Growing up as a halfbreed wasn’t as difficult as one might think. But most didn’t have the luxury to be borne to a fairly wealthy home. People were far less likely to judge when they were being paid with wads of monies. So Borage didn’t experience most of the prejudice and teasing most half breeds got. Well not that he noticed. He learned from a young age that he could get what he wanted simply by batting his eyes and tossing some monies. He was after all a very pretty hybrid.
While trying to keep up his appearance, Borage does love to play table top role playing games. But he keeps his nerdy hobbies to himself and a very select few. He spends most of his time partying, shopping and Flirting with cute strangers. He doesn’t go to college or any other higher education. Nor does he work at any job, much to the dismay of his parents. His father has pretty much written him off as talentless in the field of sciences. Borage pretends that is doesn’t bother him. But he knows his parents are disappointed in him.
