Personality: Pen is fueled by complete anger, rage and revenge, leading him to be ruthless in all regards.
Relationships: Pen was the brother of Pan, and was also created by Glockenspiel. He became discarded, after being considered a failure - which eventually lead to him requiring a cybernetic body to survive.
Notes: His cloak tends to overshadow his body, with his eyes being the primary lightsource. Beneath the armour is Pen's original body, which is visually much like Pan's.
