PERSONALITY
Unlike his more famous cowboy counterpart, Wyoming prefers to keep to himself. He's a firm believer in action speaking louder than word, so he keeps things quick and to the point when he speaks. This does result in people straight up forgetting his existence at times, which gets to him at times as he deals with loneliness a lot.
Also Adheres to the Code of the West almost religiously, and a major respecter of women.

-"Born" in 1868, as One of the last bastions of the wild west.
-He was the first in not the US, but the World to legalize female suffrage.
-Alongside that, He allowed many women to hold public office and attend jury duty
-Despite attempting to become a state in 1888, The legislation to recognize that statehood failed to pass.
-Regardless of the setback, A congress was written and ratified within the state
-A second attempt at gaining statehood in 1889 proved successful, being admitted into the union in 1890, making him the 44th member of the US.
Present Day
Despite the Rich history, Not a lot of States give Wyoming the time of day. No doubt, a lot of this is unintentional, as Some just straight up forget he exists. But it's one thing to occasionally forget which state he is, or to invite him to a meeting and try to rectify the mistake as soon as you can.... It's another to not even bother with fixing it, under some excuse that "Eh, it doesn't matter"

New York
Murdered Wyoming in cold blood back in the 20s for witnessing one of NY's organized crimes unfold. As a result, WY avoids NY like the plague, and acts a little skittish when he does interact with the state, even though his mafia days are long behind him
Texas
A rather friendly rivalry exists between these two. Oftentimes, they challenge one another to various games testing their gun fighting, lassoing and bullfighting skills. Sometimes they even duel outright, but only with non-lethal guns!
Oklahoma
He...Doesn't quite get this sentient pan. It often cusses him out anytime the two meet, quite upset over the fact that He's taking precious time away from TX, who is HIS RIVAL, GDI!
At this point he just ignores OK.
Nevada
These two are very much yin and yang: NV is the most sinful, WY is the most virtuous. As such, NV keeps trying to get WY to sin a little, claiming it'll help with his low population problem. It never works. Also, this man murdered WY as well to see what it felt like to commit murder... Unlike NY, he actually felt bad about it and made it up to him in the most Nevada way imaginable [Literally a "sorry I stabbed you" party, with cake, alcohol and slot machines galore].
