Tide

Tide is a happy-go-lucky squid dog with inkling-like abilities to paint surfaces with ink using various weapons and swim through it. Much like squid dogs in Changed, this ink can also possibly be used to TF someone into a latex creature, along with them getting a hold of you one way or another.
