By claiming my design or being given it by another party you are subjecting yourself to these terms. These are subject to change.

• You can NOT sell the design UNLESS there is art you have made or paid for

• You may include traded art as paid art but NOT gift art

• Art you made yourself MUST be of fair value, this is to prevent people from selling art that is only simple doodles. (if you are worried about this simply ask)

• You can NOT use my designs to promote the following 

•  Racism,transphobia, homophobia, or hate towards other marginalized groups 

• You can NOT claim the design is made by you OR someone other than me (Osium Pium)

• You CAN use the design for commercial use PROVIDED I (Osium Pium) is given credit for the design this includes 

• Use as a mascot for you or a brand

• As a character in a story or show

• You CAN redesign the character so long as the characters is recognisable AND still retains the main theme/inspiration
