Design Terms of Use
● Payment plans are accepted, but you’ll need to pay a deposit, to ensure you’re getting the character design. This deposit is NOT refundable (MAX time: two months);
● The deposit isn’t refundable, NO MATTER what is the reason. Being for giving up on the design or not being able to pay the rest, you won’t get a refund;
● In the case of a custom, if there is desertion in the middle of or/and you are not happy with the result, you may have to pay a damage deposit of at least 40% of the original price;
● Prices may depend on the complexity of the character;
● You can't ask for a refund, as you own the character now. But you can resell it, for the same price you paid;
● You are free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please as long as the adopt is still recognizable;
● If payment isn't received within 24 hours after I respond to the purchase claim the adopt will be put up for sale again;
● You may edit my adopt art if it's absolutely necessary;
● When reselling, you can only sell for the same price you originally bought for, unless you got more art of the character;
● Once you've bought a character from me, please credit me the first time you post about them. After that, you don't have to anymore;
● My designs may be re-sold, traded, and gifted;
● Holds are gave a maximum period of one week, after this I will put it back for sale or contact the last potential buyer;
●You are allowed to create "alternate forms" of a character provided you have the permission of other artists / species owners involved, and as long as each form is still kept with the original design;
● You are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit UNLESS you purchase separate commercial use authorization from me;
