Ella was born to be a strong independent woman, but the Middle Age was a complexed time for womanhood. She is stubborn, petty and fussy, but smart enought to hide her true personality under a veil of sophisticated elegance.
Physical Appearance
Quite tall woman (165 cm) with fair skintone, blonde hair and brown eyes.

Ella Celia is the only daughter of the Noctivagantur's family among seven older brothers and one younger than her. Her family is one of a kind after a long tradition of successful travelling merchants with all kind of business spread in the Nord of Europe.
At the young age of thirteen years old, a knight from the royal court married her under the advice of Ella's eldest brother. The marriage was not her "happily ever after", in fact the husband blamed her for the absence of heirs, due to the couple's incapacity to have a children of their own.
When her husband passed away because he fell in a battle overseas, Ella returned with her family and continued to travel, finally breathing fresh air after three years of "captivity"; at least, during those years she managed to gain a great reputation as the best weaver of the royal court.
One day, during a stroll by the beach, Ella met a mysterious presence that later discovered to be a sea fairy, an Undine. Between the two flourished a tender affection, but this love was not meant to be. Ella was going to depart soon and the Undine knew that their worlds were too different to entwine the paths. So she lend her a gift from the sea: a babygirl born from the waves.
Cassian Meraldgaze Late husband
Milo's companion in adventures as well as his faithful friend.
Cassian fell tragically in battle a few years after marrying Ella.
Thaddeus Noctivagantur Father
Thaddeus is the current progenitor of the itinerant merchants called "Noctivagantur". Tenacious and stubborn, but above all shrewd, he is a skilled businessman who naturally manages to "enchant" the customer between flattery and captivating proposals.
Widowed after an incurable disease took his wife Anastasia from him, Thaddeus manages the family business around Northern Europe together with four of his children: Hamlin, Sigismund, Conrad and Ella.
Anastasia Mother
Renowned for her talent as a master weaver and a lucky parent, she was a kind and extremely courageous woman for having decided to leave her family and join her husband in his wandering market adventure.
Milo I brother
The eldest son of the new couple, Milo was immediately a child prodigy with clear ideas in mind: he dreamed that when he grew up he would become a member of the royal guard - and so it was, after countless sacrifices and reproaches from his father for not having the intention of carry the family business on his shoulders.
It was Milo who proposed to his father that his only sister marry a knight, his friend, to maintain the status of the Noctivagantur family.
Hamlin II brother
Unlike his older brother, Hamlin has always been faithful to his father in his choices and in his travels, accompanying him across seas and mountains under any circumstances.
As regards the family business, he deals with the sale and administration of objects in wood and wrought iron, as well as small weapons.
Leif III brother
Leif too soon stopped following in his father's footsteps to devote himself to something perhaps more noble: the woman he loves.
Now he is a modest farmer in Hamburg, together with his wife Eira and his four children.
Sigismund IV brother
Merchant of leather and fabrics, for this in close relationship with his sister Ella and secretly duty to control his niece Nerej in the absence of his mother.
Nerian V brother
Together with his wife Griselda he is the captain of the "Melisende", a commercial ship that plows the waves of the North Sea and which often allows the earthly Noctivagantur to move from coast to coast.
Conrad VII brother
Spice merchant and dedicated to the care of the family's horses and caravans. He taught Nerej to ride and gave her a foal named "Sidereus" who grew up with her.
Aisley VIII brother
Last arrived in the family, Aisley has had few opportunities to experience the affection of the mother and has folded this lack by becoming attached to the older sister. From this came a tender brotherly affection that was also passed down to his niece, Nerej, who considers him the favorite uncle of all. Good-natured and charitable, often shy and reserved, but deeply curious and devoted to knowledge, Aisley also decided to distance himself from his father, in particular to devote himself to the monastic life in Italy. He is the one who taught Nerej to read and write, just as he taught her sister the tricks of her miniatures so that she could implement them in her own fabrics.
