Hylda is an immortal demi-goddess in Hyrule who watches over Hyrule on behalf of the goddess Hylia. She gathers herbs and crafts potions/elixirs to help Hyrule's citizens whenever she can. She also watches over and cares for the three dragon deities; Dinraal, Farosh, and Naydra. She is very close to Princess Zelda and has learned how to master her light magic thanks to Zelda. Link often tries to show her how to use a bow, but Hylda finds using light magic much easier and less violent - as Hylda is largely a pacifist. She is never seen without a Silent Princess tucked behind her ear, or her saddlebag that holds her herbs that she's gathered. Her golden tail rings were a gift from the Goddess and proof that she's got direct connection to Hylia.

Notes
- Hylda doesn't HATE Link per se, but he does annoy her greatly. "This dummy eats rocks!"
- She's incredibly close with Zelda and treats her like a sibling
- She HATES Blood Moons and will fly up to the Sky and hide in the Temple of Time to wait them out.
Skills & Abilities
- Herb Gathering & Alchemy - Hylda has excellent knowledge on botany and how exactly to use the proper plants for potions, elixirs and meals
- Flight - While Hylda does not have wings herself, she flies just like the dragon deities and can fly wherever she can/want, except in hot/dry environements or dark/cold environments. (She cannot fly in the hot desert area of Gerudo, the cold area of Hebra, or in the scorching hot region of Eldin. She can walk just fine though! However, unlike the dragon deities, she cannot fly in the Depths. She has to walk just like everyone else.)
- Light Magic - Like Zelda, Hylda can use Light Magic to fight or to heal when necessary. The power of Light Magic is a gift from Hylia herself so Hylda can help protect Hyrule with Zelda and Link.
Design
Hylda is a Hylian Dragon who shape shifts whenever necessary/desired. Her design is largely inspired by the Light Dragon from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and inspired by Princess Zelda herself.
Design Notes
- Her ear flower and tail rings are REQUIRED for art. Please make sure you include them!
- Since her saddlebag is really only worn when she's doing alchemy/botany work, it's optional for art.
- The hex codes go as follows: Body, Belly/Face, Horns/Claws/Back Floof Gradient 1, Horns/Claws/Back Floof Gradient 2, Eyes gradient top, Eyes gradient bottom, Hair/Main floof

Princess Zelda
"Siblings"/Close friendsZelda and Hylda are quite close, almost like siblings. Zelda helps Hylda master her Light Magic powers and Hylda helps Zelda with her research and garden. Hylda gets annoyed by Link's shenanigans but knows that Link takes great care of her "sister". When she discoverd that Zelda was the [REDACTED], Hylda felt an extreme desire to protect her "sister" and immediately flew up to the sky to keep an eye out for her and to protect her from being attacked.

FriendsHylda finds Link a bit annoying and dumb, but she knows he'll do anything to protect Zelda and Hyrule. She doesn't always get along with him but approves of his relationship with Zelda because of how much he cares about her. He often tries to get Hylda to try various dishes he makes but... it doesn't always go well. She treats him like that annoying boyfriend who dates your sister but you tolerate because you know he loves your sister and cares about her. She tends to bully him sometimes, but Zelda keeps her in check. It's all out of fun and love though!
Linkelle
Best friendsAlthough Linkelle is in another universe and as a result, Hylda doesn't see her often, they're both insanely close to each other and are best friends to each other. Linkle will often show off her various new "friends" (tamed creatures) to Hylda whenever they meet up.
