Skills: Very intelligent and good at strategizing. She's super good with experiments and making poisons/other chemicals

Personality: Fleur is someone who would rather spend all of her time on her own in her lab instead of interacting with people. It's not that she's bad at interacting with people, in fact, she's very good at carrying a conversation, but she just would prefer to be off on her own. She has no problem speaking her mind about such things, and in meetings among Contrabel members is frequently a voice reminding them to keep it short so that she can go back to her experiments. Fleur is only willing to give each person a certain degree of trust, as otherwise, she's incredibly suspicious of ulterior motives due to the environment she was raised in. It is incredibly difficult to gain Fleur's trust past this threshold. The only person she unconditionally trusts and loves is Lucille, who she would do anything for.

Other:

-Does not for the life of her understand how Lucille can wear heels all the time

-When she fights Bel in areas with a lot of civilians, she typicaly uses flowers soaked in various chemicals/poisons she's created(and makes the Bel inhale it/swallow it/consume it somehow). This is becase the flowers were designed by her to only be dangerous to Bel, and leave humans with a mild stomachache at worst

-The matching hat was Lucille's idea

-She specializes in research and experimentation on Bel, and spends most of her time on that as compared to actually going out and fighting Bel

-She is sole reason that Lucille has not been disowned and denounced by the Allard family, as they need her to agree to it in order to do it, but she adamently refuses

Design Notes:

-The hat always rests on the left side of her head(her left, our right). It's meant to be slightly tilted

-The hat is connected to the headband

-The vials and stuff on the straps are mostly different experimental anti-Bel substances she created. A few of them are human poison

-The right side of her tailcoat(her right, our left) almost always hangs off her shoulder, excluding when she's working in her lab

-Almost always wears gloves
