Hi! Read this pls when you own my design! If you break my TOS you will get into my blacklist without chances<3

1.

1. Any from my black list cannot get my design, custom or commission. I will block person who will sent character to person in my blacklist(if character was transfered after person get into my blacklist)
2. I have no permision to take character back, when person in my black list
3. Any from grey list can have my designs, customs and commissions

1. When you get my design for free, you can regit it.
2. When you get my design for trade, you can trade/regit it.
3. When you buy my design you can sell/trade/regit it.
4. If you get it from trade/free i can up permissions to sell/trade only when i will see development of character
5. There no need to notify me when design gone from you. But please write reson when you transfer them

1. I do not allow to delete my designs from ToyHouse
2. When my design gone from me i dont care what you will do with them. You can redisgn them as much as you want, do nsfw stuff, proship and other. Just keep in mind that i can't and won't control it. Im not responsible for stuff that other do with my designs when they get them. But they will go into my black/grey list
3. I do NOT allow to use all of my characters for any type of proshiping/nsfw/fetish(exept harmless things)/sexual/things like homophobia/racism/nazism/etc and real religios themes. I allow to do gore, blood, violence stuff. Not sure about s/h and suicidal stuff, but i do not recomend to draw that.

1. Do not copy/heavy reference my designs. Im not comfortable with that
2. Don't trace my arts unless i allow that
