Easygoing, coy, and desirable; though Kouta's reputation might precede them in some circles, their amicable nature usually softens any preconceptions others might have. It's genuinely hard not to get along with someone so pleasant all the time. With the way they're always dressed to draw the eye, it's not difficult to assume Kouta relishes attention.

A free-spirited individual who floats around the region with a seemingless endless stream of money. They moved to the region about a decade ago. They're outwardly airheaded, friendly, and relaxed. They talk about their past in vague terms, but anyone who's done their research knows...
Kouta's mother owns a large law firm that serves wealthy clients and corporations. They want nothing to do with the association -- so you won't find them talking about it for whatever reason. It's by no means common knowledge, but it's not hard information to figure out if you're looking for it.
Kouta's here for a good time, not a long one. They might be reckless beyond the point of no return with their personal wellbeing, but at least they'll be having a blast while they're at it. Or, well, they probably will. They don't seem to have many other emotions than "pleasant wine aunt engaging in small talk" or "about to get it."
Yeah. Yeah, they do. Don't worry about it too much, it's not good for you. Kouta certainly won't make it your problem -- just come join them for a mojito or two, if you're of age. They'll gladly battle you for fun, too. Think of them as a sort of eccentric route trainer.
