Pip is a pathetic little mosquito working for Malka. Pip accidentally found out too much about Malka's shadier businesses and was forced to become Fitz's assistant in exchange for keeping their life. Malka despises how cowardly and sad Pip is and mercilessly bullies them. Pip is just doing their best to make it from one day to another without crumbling under their own nerves.
