Sign is an actual alter-ego. Can be drawn as anthro or feral.
Has two versions that depict her personality/mood in different states: sheltie and shiba inu. She is NOT a shapeshifter, her "breeds"are more like an image of a person, the way she wants to look at this moment. They have a lot of things in common, but can have some difference with small details.
This character has a lot of similarities with their author, but Sign's personality can be much more hyperbolic. Actually, Sign is author's vision of themselves, real life events and their reaction on these events.

Personality

Sign is a strong individual. Her sheltie depiction is usually soft and calm one and this is her default state most of the time. Sheltie acts gentle and polite and has a tendency to care about others. She loves making small gifts, having deep talk and pay attention in any other ways what makes her pretty happy. But even if her sheltie design looks pretty elegant and fragile she keeps her strong personality. She won't act in self-destructive way and prefers to keep her safe zone if she needs that. She is the one who will keep going with head up if somebody acts bad for her prefering to leave those who hurted her or abused her kindness. She respects her and others' private space and wait the same behavior from others, so she might be pretty silent when she is tired or feels bad. Mostly because Sign doesn't want to be rude or seem rude since when her resourse is off she is MUCH more irritated and nervous that can come to hate speech. Not about you but about all the irritating things around her. But she'll warn you that there's not the best time to has a conversation, so no worries.
But in general she loves herself and care about herself and if you're kind with her you'll get the sweatest friend you know.

Sign also has a long and gladly succesful way of coping with her depression which causes her respectful behaviour to others.
