Roguekill. Nobody knows their true name, much less their identity. Or, at least, nobody has been able to come up with sufficient proof of it. Though, some people refer to them as "5", due to the sticker on the back of their helmet.
Their nickname comes from derogatory Hegemony slang.
"Roguekill: A term coined by Hegemons to refer to those of the Rogue faction that are deceased, helpless, or otherwise captured by the Hegemony itself. 
Deprived from the word 'roadkill'."

The Hegemony helmet they don upon their head appears to be some sort of act of rebellion, as well as a way to conceal their identity. Two birds with one stone.
In fact, bargoers say that the helmet had belonged to a Hegemon who had wronged them personally, with few claiming that the Hegemon in question had actually referred to Roguekill as, well, "Roguekill".

To many throughout space, the mention of Roguekill's name provides a feeling of dread, including to other members of the Rogue faction. Rogues aren't so sure that the stone-cold person under the helmet only goes after Hegemons. And they sure don't want to find out, either.
In fact, it is unknown if Roguekill even properly aligns with the Rogue faction at all. They target and kill Hegemons, but they seem to have no intention to partner up with other Rogues to properly bring the faction down. Nor do they align with the other side of the faction by smuggling and doing sketchy work "for the money".
Many believe that they simply just want to kill.
They will do jobs. The morality of these jobs is not something questioned by the person behind the helmet. As long as they get something they want, they will do it.

It is rumored that Roguekill collects "souvenirs" from the Hegemons they deal with: Teeth. They always seem to have a pair of pliers in their pocket...

Roguekill hardly talks, being incredibly quiet. They often hang around sketchy bars, and may order a single drink without talking to anybody. If they do talk, they are incredibly blunt and to the point.
