Under all circumstances, when it comes to owning my designs/art, these rules come into effect automatically. The Terms of Service may undergo changes without prior notice, but they are intended to be adaptable and mostly in line with common sense. Some rules may change depending on each case. The T.O.S could be checked if suggested, but please consider that what i choose is the last decision .

⋆ Commissions T.O.S. ⋆

⋆ These are for personal use only. If you wish to make any form of profit off of my work, please contact me regarding commercial use commissions (Vtube avatars, merchandise, etc).

⋆ If I feel uncomfortable drawing what you have requested or do not think I will be able to fulfill the request, I will decline the commission.

⋆ In the sketch process of a commission, if the client requests excessive changes that were not discussed prior to upfront payment, I reserve the right to ask for an additional fee. Frequent requests for edits on the sketch, regardless of the nature of the edits (excluding errors), will result in a refund.

⋆ I have a high tolerance for changes in your commission, but it is worth clarifying that I am not going to change things to an extreme, such as poses or limbs completely.

⋆ All transactions will be done through PayPal, Ko-Fi or something I stated in any post.

⋆ I will not start a commission until payment is sent.

⋆ In general, I offer refunds in certain circumstances. If I am unable to complete your commission due to external events, but if you cancel the commission, or if the Terms of Service are not respected, a refund may be provided. For commissions that have progressed beyond the sketch stage, partial refunds may be considered.

⋆ Feel free to share my art on social media, provided that you credit me and are the owner of the character depicted. While credit is not obligatory, it is appreciated when utilizing my art for profile pictures, banners, and similar purposes.

⋆ Avoid tracing, stealing, copying, or heavily referencing any of my artworks or characters, and refrain from claiming them as your own.

⋆ I can work with time limits, if you suggest using a deadline you can let me know, although generally your commission will be completed in a timely manner.

⋆ My work cannot be used under any circumstances for NFT's or feeding AI

⋆ Adopt T.O.S. ⋆

⋆ You are allowed to rename and redesign my designs without any restrictions. Feel free to retain or modify their provided information as you want for your new oc!.

⋆ Refunds are not accepted for designs; however, you have the option to resell the character for the initial amount paid if it lacks additional artwork.

⋆ If characters are obtained improperly, such as through a chargeback, the rights and ownership of the design are deemed illegitimate. Consequently, ownership reverts back to me in such cases.

⋆ Feel free to create NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content featuring them, as they are now your character.

⋆ Do not hide or delete my designs, I need to see them for easier management.

⋆ Trading, gifting, etc. is allowed.

⋆ I must be credited as the designer of the character. Credit is only due where applicable (on their TH profile, if someone asks who the original designer is, etc.).

⋆ You may edit my designs as much as you wish to, so long as I am still credited as the original designer of the character.

⋆ Turning my designs traits into whole species, open or closed is prohibited.

⋆ General ⋆

If the Terms of Service are not respected, such as breaking the terms, not responding in a timely manner multiple times, or having a public record of poor behavior, there are consequences that may be imposed. In such cases, individuals may be placed on either a Greylist or a Blacklist.

Greylist: Being on the Greylist means that individuals can still conduct business, but caution will be exercised. It allows for the possibility of forgiveness based on good behavior. However, individuals on the Greylist should be aware that their actions will be closely monitored.

Blacklist: On the other hand, being on the Blacklist results in a permanent ban. This is typically reserved for individuals who have repeatedly caused problems or engaged in serious misconduct, such as scammers or thieves. Once on the Blacklist, individuals are prohibited from conducting any further business.
