Going away for school Essentially changed Ange's life; once she left her old social circles, it was easy to understand that she was a lesbian, and how much she had hated the mold that she had attempted to fit into to make everyone happy.
It has been years since she returned home; but she just got a job in a neighboring area, and she makes the trip home with much anxiety and anticipation. You'd think that returning to the place your bullies presumably still live would fill her with naught but trepidation, but there is someone she is hoping to see...
- Ange has been a gymnast from a young age, but it's something that not many people know about. despite her build she is very fit.
- She dressed very feminine as a tween all the way to age 18 to fit in with the crowds, in hopes it'd stop her bullies; it did not.
- She is planning to live with her parents for the time being after returning, but is currently on the lookout for her own place in the surrounding area.
Understanding at heart, Ange always tries to see things from others' perspectives. This has caused her a lot of trouble in her teenage years, but she has yet to deal with that; she still believes that these people can be reasoned with.
She's very caring and selfless, but also reckless and lacks self-preservation. She'll get on Nat's case about her injuries, but she might get a carpet burn and hide it even as routines make her suffer with pain; even after persistent warnings it's hard for her to be open about what she's going through, after how little that did when she opened up about the bullying as a kid.

The girl, now woman who protected Ange from her bullies in school; she believes that these bastards are not to be reasoned with, and took matters of physically punishing them into her own hands.
This frequently got her in trouble as a kid. Now, she channels that fighting spirit into kickboxing, where she has become quite the underground name. Because of this, she's always nursing some kind of injury. But at the very least, it's not from street fights anymore.
- As a kid, she was boyish, but by the time she was in her tweens, she could feel the pressure of "femininity" and "hetero-normativity" hanging over her like a precarious anvil held only by a flimsy rope. She desperately tried to fit the square-shaped peg that was her butch identity into the round hole of "ideal femininity" in the eyes of the people who would only go on to treat her poorly. As soon as she got out of that "friend" circle, she embraced her own identity almost immediately, cut all of her hair off, and started wearing clothes more comfortable to her, finally feeling like a human again.
- Ange is a gymnast, and often dresses accordingly; it's rare you'll find her in anything that isn't immensely moveable, and she's almost always seen in tight sportswear, particularly yoga pants and spandex and the like. She often wears loose shirts with a sports bra or top beneath so that she can just take that off to train. It's extremely convenient for her. She favors the colors pink and brown mostly, and doesn't feel like pink necessarily makes her identity invalid - in fact, she despises the idea that certain genders or presentations are tied to colors, and wears pink almost in defiance of that; she can be butch, masculine, elegant AND pink, all at once, and no one can do anything to stop that.
- After cutting her hair off, she tried a lot of different styles, but settled on this short w/slightly longer sides look. The hair sticking out is just her perpetual bedhead, no getting rid of that sadly.
- An article of clothing, or rather an accessory is the only thing that remains the same from back then; for Ange has held onto this same necklace since she was very young. There seems to be some kind of story behind it, but who knows what that can be...
