- After the sudden disappearance of her mother, her father had remarried after a mere month. Soon after, he had immediately decided to give Mizuno away to Pithius, the king of Xioccerune, when she was simply only at the age of six. There she had lived out the rest of her life confined within the kingdom, serving and abiding to every demand the king makes at her. And, if she were to not grant the satisfaction to the king's order, she would be serve with harsh punishments. Be it physically or emotionally.

- Although she dreams for freedom and finally be away from this wretched kingdom, Mizuno is rather afraid to leave. Knowing full well that she had wasted a majority of her life serving the king and that, if he knows that she had left, she fears of the outcome that were to come if such action were to happen. Never daring to try to escape...
Not only that, but Mizuno truly doesn't have anyone she would trust and know who she could turn to from this dire situation. This matter would lead to her not being able to have any safe place to live...

- Mizuno no longer sees any value of creating any meaningful friendship. Often avoiding any potential companionship like the plague. Her reasons for avoiding such friendship was due to the fact that she had created a friend before. Someone that she would see as a best friend in her eyes. Only to turn out to be a mere sham... A stunt to force her to evolve, for the sake of her seeming as "less pitiful" in the king's castle. As being a servant while retaining a first stage form was looked down upon severely.
This not only stripped away Mizuno freedom of choice, in terms of evolution, but it made her felt a great betrayal and mistrust towards her friend. Of course, said friend didn't cared how Mizuno felt of the matter. They simply just didn't want to see a "Pathetic Eevee working for the great king" and would rather evolve her what they see fit.
In her eyes, Mizuno sees any attempts of friendship as a way to benefit the Pokémon in question. Using her, toying with her emotions, doing whatever they so see fits.

- Due to being malnourished with how limited food is provided to her, Mizuno is much more weaker in stature. This results to her lacking in strength and often being wobbly with her walks, as her legs struggle to keep balance due to being so weak from hunger. There are moments that she would even pass out. Much to her dismay, as Pithius would often punish her for "Spending more time to remain on the floor to 'sleep', rather than to upkeep her work within the castle". So, as incredibly difficult as it may be because of her situation, she tries her best to keep steady and conscious. Simply to not dissatisfy the king...

- She is rather incredibly unhappy and miserable with the current living situation and progress of her life within the kingdom of Xioccerune. For the longest of time she had endured through countless abuse by both the king and her peers, not being provided with an adequate amount of food, being overworked to the bone, mocked and belittled for being born as a species that is viewed as lesser within this kingdom, and much, much more. It had reached to the point that Mizuno sees no hope. That what fate had brought upon her was nothing but grim misfortune, where her life holds no meaning. That, in this world, she is useless and just a speck in everyone eyes.
For the way her life progressed, she... Wish to no longer live. Yet, as much as wishes to do the dead, she couldn't... She is afraid to do such permanent harm to herself. To cease herself... So, while she will continue this particular ideation, she holds the fear to ever dare act upon it...

- Whenever she is left alone in her work, Mizuno would often quietly sing a gentle, loving tune to herself. A song that was often sang to her by her mother. Although shorten, as Mizuno doesn't quite remember how the full lyrics. This is due to how much time has gone since she last heard the sweet voice of her mother.
The song of the lyrics would go along as something like this:
