CHARACTER TERMS OF SERVICE

• You Are 100% allowed to redesign my designs as long as they are recognized, please list yourself as the redesigner and keep the design credit.

• Depending on the species you are allowed to fully overhaul my design. If the design is unrecognizable they will fall under your tos, no longer mine. Please ask before hand.

•You are allowed to change my design species as long as i'm not blacklisted from the species. 

• You may NOT resell for more then you put into it. If you buy a character for 4$ and resell for 10 without extra art you will immediately be blacklisted. However if someone offers higher for the design i have no right to stop that.

• If you add your own art to the character you may price the art as you like, i have no control over that.

•If a design is traded/gifted to you, please only trade/gift back. If you would like to add a sale value please talk to me beforehand however if the design is gifted it can only be re-gifted until art is added.

•You MAY put my designs as OTA.

•Please do not void my designs without permission.

•YOU MAY 100% CO-OWN MY DESIGNS! Please don't ask me for help if something happens via co-own! I'm not involved 

COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE 

•Please properly credit my art via Simplywaffle.

•please don't steal finished art and show it off as your art. If found, it's an immediate blacklist.

•When commissioning me you accept that the art will be used as my examples. If you're uncomfortable with this please inform me beforehand.

BLACKLISTING 

Users in my blacklist may NEVER do any of the following 

•Uain my designs/characters. I will not force you to rid yourself of them, however if you have sold them then you will not be allowed to have them back.

•Ask for commissions from me

•Users may not Commission me for art for the user

•Please don't use my bases

•Art that's already attached to a character (not my design) is allowed to go to both blacklisted and greylisted users.

•YOU ARE ALLOWED TO LINK MY DESIGNS TO BLACKLISTED USERS. You own the design. I will NOT force you to break any links, idk why users do that but it's wrong.

□has used a disability (autism) to not be blacklisted

□not followed my TOS in the past on numerous occasions
