Valerie aka "Val". she/her, "32" (actual age 93), wasian (white-USAmerican/Chinese), lesbian

Was once a nurse in the 40s who got turned into a vampire by someone in the morgue who wasn't entirely dead. Currently she works in a hospital with Doc, her partner both in crime and romantically (they both kill people, btw), as well as helping manage a "restaurant" for vampires that serves blood from said hospital.

Despite committing homicide on the regular Val is very bubbly. As a woman in stem and also immortal she's taken it upon herself to go to college and has four degrees in nursing, a degree in biochemistry, psychology, and a certification in metalworking (that last one was on a whim). She's also a romantic and enjoys watching medical soap operas or old romance novels.
