Hazel

Hazel was always the smart academic student, she had managed to enroll into the university she dreamed of. In that place, she was assigned a mission from the mentors alongside the rest of the students there. Her mission was to find a dragon that had escaped from a facility, but she met a boy along the way. The two start to get along but he had a secret that he never told. When a small festival took place not too far, she invited the boy along. The two had fun playing their games and winning prizes. When they were walking back to the forest, they were ambushed and Hazel was hit with her consciousness fading. The last thing she remembered before, was seeing the boy not there, but a dragon instead. She woke up back in the university's dorm and went to talk to her mentor. They started to argue and Hazel found out the dark truth behind someone she truly looked up to. At night, she decided to go and find the dragon, there was a lot of screams when she got there and scientists yelling to get him under control. All Hazel saw, was a dragon in fear. She tried to calm it down but was slammed into a wall. After several months of being in a coma, she woke up and went to the university again to attempt it again but only saw police cars outside. Turns out, someone had exposed the university and its staff. She eventually spotted the boy and ran up to him. She apologized for not being able to protect him or be there when she was needed the most. In the end it was resolved.
