Revenant

Ichigo is a Reaper, the basis on which the legends of the Grim Reaper were formed. His job is to help escort souls to the afterlife, as well as hunt down souls that have overstayed their welcome in the living world. He usually tends to do more hunting then guiding, as he loves a challenge and can be a bit of an adrenaline junkie. He also loves video games, television, the Internet... pretty much any kind of technology. It's occasionally hard for him to grasp human mannerisms, but he tries his best to fit in with them and learn about their culture. He is cheerful, upbeat, and optimistic, even in the face of danger or uncertainty. He also does not enjoy talking about his past.

'Revenant' is his 'true' name, while Ichigo is what he goes by in the living world.
