Chainmaster - He can shoot chains from anywhere on his body. The chains will then attach to the target - will only attach to biological matter - and cannot be removed by anyone but the user. Any damage done to either of the people linked by chains will be shared between them.

Ultimate Moves
#1 - ??? - He restrains an opponent's entire body with chains, locking himself in place as well. Used mainly to hold them in place in preparation for an attack from another hero, he can disconnect them right before impact. If necessary, Kaito can remain connected to the enemy even until they both lose consciousness.
#2 - Slingshot - He attaches his chains to someone in motion and changes their trajectory. This causes the target to generally lose a bit of speed and inertia, but less than they may if they tried to change it on their own.
#3 - Shackleshot - Mostly only useful in areas densely populated by trees. Kaito can attach himself to a tree or other organic object. He then sends chains towards a target and because he is stuck between the two, the target is stopped in their tracks and range of motion is reduced. Depending on the velocity of the target, he can seriously injure himself in the process.
