Of noble descent, he's a runaway due to drama within his family. He's now an adventurer to try and hide his true identity.
He was born due to an affair between the king and some other dragonborn. His brother (the heir) was killed and the blame was put onto his mother and him. He fled the kingdom in an attempt to not be persecuted for the crime.
Has a ring on his right horn and an earring on his right side!!
Can be drawn with wings, if he is there's a light blue patterning on the webbing
Has fins that go from the top of his head down his back to the tip of his tail
Darker cyan spots can glow
