A magical creature bound by an ancient wristband. Whoever wears it, he will serve. He’s taller than average, standing at 4’5ft. He can pick up things easily either with his hands or with psychic abilities. He understand human language and can speak it.

He’s a huge trickster. He loves pranks and messing with others. His favorite targets are those who can be easily angered. He can grant wishes, however, the wishes can be taken literally or can be intentionally misunderstood.
He’s not inherently evil, but some of his pranks can come off as harsh.
