Miriam got her last names from grave stones. She picked them because they sounded nice
She lost her leg due to a bad fall. Her leg got broken and then infected, from there, removing the leg was one of the better options
The main ingridents in her potion are dried marigold and crushed cochineal. Their witch thinks this is why Miriam has such a strong intrest in natural dyeing
Miriam's main duty was to collect herbs for spells and potions, but she couldn't help but get curious about the process of dyeing using the herbs she collected. Thankfully, her witch let her start her own store, where Miriam can sell hand dyed yarn and fabric
