It's a uhhhh,,, it's a uh duh dregon

He's revered by the locals as a mystical, majestic dragon but in reality he's just a really dumb boy that mays so happens to appear JUST enough times to the locals to somehow look mysterious 

His body pretty much moves like a literal noodles. Like is there even bones under all thoses flopiness??
