it/he with a pref for it/its. its just a silly little thing that like to cause silliness, mayhem and (good) chaos wherever it goes. it doesnt walk normally and instead bounces up and down on its paws (like pinkie pie from mlp?) or alternatively it bounces on its tail like tigger from winnie the pooh. a lil silly goofy kitty choas gremlin who causes lots of fun and silly shenanigans
