Co-founder of Stelclover Town. Leader of the town guard.

A stoic, aloof matriarch who becomes outright cold when she defeats the Eternal Frost. Her icy exterior belies the warmth she still has for her fellow townsmen, buried under trauma it may be.

  • Theri the Bloomblessed — Husband. Who she saves most of her warmth for. Even when she's at her lowest, she can trust in him to not judge her too harshly.
  • Cirque the Clever,  Virgo the Vain, and Rosegem the Brave — Fellow founders of the town guard. The three that followed Riseian into the heart of the Eternal Frost.  All capable fighters in their own right, and Riseian trusts them with  her life.
  • Raya — What's left of her enemy Adoptive daughter. Who she also saves a significant amount of her warmth for.
