Profile

Full name: Marfa Millian Shinfel Nickname: Milly Pronouns: she/her Race: Pinnian Occurpation: New Ferold Council Member

One of the newer members to join the Council of New Ferold.

New Ferold has the highest population of Pinnians outside of Pinnearl itself. Even with this, Pinnians make up a very small demographic of the city state. Only two members of the Council are of Pinnian ancestry, Millian proudly being one of them. As a first generation New Ferold citizen, she was eager to meet someone similar to her on the coucil board. Unfortinately, her fellow Pinnian coworker, Foebian, is quite her opposite and could not care less about his Pinnian roots. The two are often at odds as Millian struggles to understand what makes Foebian such a bitter old crank in general.

Despite only ever visiting her homeland a few times during family vacations when she was young, Millian was raised with and still follows standard Pinnian beliefs and practices. She follows Pinnian religious rules and traditions, wears clothes in line with Pinnian standards, and lives life with Pinnian philosophy. She is proud to be a citizen of New Ferold and aims to support her community, but she is also proud to be a Pinnian and wants to be the representation any other little newt out there may need to help embrace their own identity.

Trivia:

  • Milly has five point ears, a recessive trait that is about has common in Pinnians as redhair in humans.
  • Likewise, redhair is also just as recessive in Pinnians as it is with humans. So Milly is double recessive.
  • Milly's freckles are each quite large, almost more like lentigines
  • She is fairly short for a Pinnian
  • Despite white being the more standard color for clothing in Pinneral, Milly usually wears black or grey instead. There is no real reason for this, she just prefers darker colors for herself (finding clothes that fit the constructional requirements is much harder as pretty much only Pinnians themselves pay attention to that level of detail).
