Paprika is second in command and the two seem to like to sleep next to each other, even if they're each other's weaknesses. Pepper enjoys bringing anything shiny to Rosamel that he can find, and always seems proud with his discoveries. |

Lore:
Rosamel is the gym leader in Konpeito Town (Custom town in Custom Region), specializing in taking care of Pokémon! His cafe, (yet to be named), acts as a place for people and Pokémon to rest. He is very polite and gentle, caring a lot about pokemon and their health.
He is a gym leader, probably an earlier on one but not the first gym? His theme is pets, which is why he has more then one typing (even though it seems he has more normal types then others but he's not a normal type gym)
