He is hard working, often going above and beyond at any task he puts his mind to. When he has a job to do, he will do it well. He is good natured, and tends to get along well with others. He is quite patient, and is known to get along well with children.

Backstory- Growing up a Beachsider, Motley had spent every moment that he could in the water. It was where he felt at home, even to this day. Because of this, he knew that he had to get a job where he could be on it. While he didn't want to travel too far from his home, he wanted to be aboard ships. Eventually, he settled on becoming a fisherman, a job that he is quite content with.
