You HAVE to credit me for the original design. 

The design CAN'T be deleted from TH. If it dose you WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED and won't be able to get any of my designs ever again. If someone trades a character to someone on my blacklist they will AUTOMATICALLY GET BLACKLISTED as well. 

Do NOT trade my designs offsite, you are only allowed to trade my designs to people who also have toyhouse 

There are no refunds if you have bought a character from me 

You can do anything you want with the character expect use the art made by me for commercial use. Besides that point, as long as you credit me for the design you can use it for comics and ext. (Do tell me if they are going to be in a comick or anything like that tho! I would absolutely LOVE to see it x3)

You are allowed to make changes to the character as long as they are still recognisable. BUT I would appreciate if you don't change their bodytype, skintone, hair colour and eye colour.

You can ONLY re-sell the character for the price you got them for. 

You can ONLY increase the price of the character if you have COMMISSIONED someone to draw them,  you only increase the price by what you payed for the commission. Free art and art payments DO NOT increase money value. And you also have to at least have drawn the character yourself 3 times before you can trade them.

Please let me know BEFOREHAND if you are going to sell/trade a character made by me and tell me who adopted them so I can keep track of them. DO NOT TRADE THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS BLACKLISTED!!! And again DO NOT trade them offsite and then delete them from th as you WILL get blacklisted!!!

If any of the points above are broken you will get blacklisted
