Hel is someone who perpetually smells of winter.

They are neat and tidy. They like things to be clean - whether it be their clothes, their home or their life. Their emotions they keep close to their heart which they never wear on their sleeve. The cryogenically frozen heart they keep hidden is a fortress built over incalculable time, they weren't born with it but they know how to live and work with it. Perpetually choosing the road less traveled by, they don't doubt their instincts. They are widely known to be a magnanimous individual, someone with a presence. Magnetic, those around them unknowingly find themselves drawn into their gravity.

⇀ A Legacy

The Witch of Helheim carries within their right eye the fractured pieces of 7 worlds that once flourished in their own corners of the universe that was subsequently destroyed by a nefarious world eater. Despite their best efforts Hel was unable to save each world, only able to protect and salvage the last remaining fragment of each world's seed................

a failure at playing hero - that is the Witch of Helheim's legacy.





... or at least those are the kinds of legends the general public has heard and perpetuated over centuries.

⇀ The Hidden Legacy

The truth is far from a story of failure but no one aside from Hel and a select few sworn to secrecy are privy to this truth:

"It is known that the Witch of Helheim owns no broom, but need none to fly. 
On nights of full moon, they can be seen flying through the skies at breakneck speed with light trailing behind them as if a shooting star."

⇀ NORTINKA, the Invisible Lance [ a.k.a Nor ]

In Christian Mythology, Saint Longinus pierced the side of Jesus in the cross to make sure that he was dead. The spear that he used was known as a Holy Lance and was an important relic that was thought to be lost to time and space, but in reality had hidden itself away after awakening sentience over time. The lance was found and bestowed a name by Hel themselves for whom they exist to serve.

Nortinka is invisible to the eyes of all but Hel and those they have deemed as being worthy. The only known existence able to wield Nortinka is Hel. They are able to fly around freely as well as phase through objects and people as they please.

Nifleheim [ Nifles ]

Hel's number 1 supporter and most loyal companion Nifleheim is a calm, patient and personable white wolf. He loves his master Hel dearly and is protective not only over them, but also over those whom his master cares for and deems important. The two are connected by an unbreakable soul bond. There is no need for words between them as Nifleheim is able to sense his masters wants and needs intuitively and is always eager to please and serve. His bow tie is a gift from Hel and he considers it to be his most treasured possession.

Disguise [ Garm Grimsál ]

During Hel's travels there are times when they would disguise Nifleheim. Nifles himself has no preference as to what form he takes, his only wish is to be able to remain close to his master.

In his human form he is known as Garm Grimsál.
