Background
No one really knows where Charlam came from or who he is. He is a resident at the graveyard just outside of Laverre City in Kalos. He watches over the graveyard much like a guardian would, though whether or not it's to protect the spirits there or the residents that visit still remains a mystery. He is civil at the very least, and does not attack unless provoked. Something about his aura, however, says he's much more hostile than he lets on...
Moveset
Phantom ForceGhost
The user vanishes somewhere, then strikes the target on the next turn. This move hits even if the target protects itself.
Spite Ghost
The user unleashes its grudge on the move last used by the target by cutting 4 PP from it.
Mystical Fire Fire
The user attacks by breathing a special, hot fire. This also lowers the target's Sp. Atk stat.
Shadow SneakGhost
The user extends its shadow and attacks the target from behind. This move always goes first.
