Partitos are living partyhorns with sentience, their partyhorn tail can be any shape but must have an opening to dispense the confetti. The confetti can also be anything but must be small enough to fill their confetti storage.

can be feral or anthro.

Q: Can I make adopts?

A: not yet, but you can give away your Partito via trade or gifting. PLEASE do not loophole this rule!
