Has multiple personas that can speak at once (imagine hearing 3 people speaking at the same time. That kind of chaos).
He also, despite not having any bells at all, makes a jingling sound when he walks but if you pay very close attention, you will not hear the jingling noises when he is monologuing/speaking.
