Cyan is a Seawing/Rainwing hybrid. Her mother is a Seawing, and her father is a Rainwing. She has never met her father since he disappeared before her egg hatched. She lives in the Seawing kingdom and can breathe underwater/speak Aquatic, and she can also turn invisible. She can't change her scales to other visible colors though, which sets her apart from other Rainwings. She also cannot shoot venom from her fangs, even though she does have them. She resembles other Seawings pretty closely, but her frills and nose horn attract a lot of attention.
