Local outlaw who is known for stealing goods from the big corporations that stay in Sunnyford for her own use by coming in like a dust storm. Her odd fainted out appearance gives a small hint to new folks her ability to become one with the wind, a true threat to those who dare want to take aim at her. A small-time criminal that claims to have "better morals and better looks'' than the outlaw, midnight terror.
- Consantly self-sabotages in all areas of life becasue she become so afraid of something good being taken away from them that she denies herself of it first. This also means forming friendships.

Bad Start
Rosa grew up in Sunnyford with a loving farming family of a mom and dad. Her life was chaotic but full of love. That was until the incident happened. An old vampire milki came into the small town and killed a lot of civilians, including her parents. She would have died too if it wasn't for the fact the bandit felt a sense of pity on her, a kid who had nothing left. Taking her away to be raised by him and his crew.
From that moment she was manipulated into believing in the crew's ways or she might end up like her parents. Rosa didn't feel loved and was made to learn that love has to be earned. Meaning she would do anything to earn it, even if it meant putting her life at risk. Anything that would get her attention. One day, the vampire bandit left with his crew to go terrorize Sunnyford, but he never returned. Turns out he was killed by an unknown gunman the moment he walked into town, and the crew fled at the sight of their dead leader. Rosa knew this was her chance to leave, but what was left for her out there? All she knew was to steal, fight, and cause trouble. So Rose decided she would stick to what she knew but still be better than her capturers. She would never kill a single person.
