Leto

Leto is the collector of Informant's Den. He goes in after a job is done and removes any traces of Ubel's involvement in things, and he collects any additional rewards or info needed. He's still in training though and often needs another member of the Den to go with him, usually Kurtis is the one to tag along.

Personality:
Cunning, Playful, Jokester, Con artist

Character Faults: 

Hasty, Not all that bright, Easily angered, Easily Distracted, Not very professional.

Fun fact: his scarf can also be unfolded out and become a sling to carry things.

Uncommon traits: Short ears, Eye color

Relationships 

Kurtis: Leto tends to show off in front of Kurtis and doesn't really like his fighting. He often holds Kurtis back from a fight but if he ends up getting hit Kurtis will causing a full on brawl. Kurtis says they are brothers but Leto thinks that Kurtis is lying. Kurtis doesn't know what he could be lying about still... 

I saved the file merged wrong and ended up unable to fix the Chibi. Oh well, I have a life time to draw hundreds more of him.
