Biddlewin Blooner is the current heir to the Blooner line, a long-running family of snipes known for their knowledge of weather patterns. At the age of 25, he moved to the nascent underground city of Darkspire, excited to study the weather that occurs in cave systems. There he acted as a meteorologist for the earliest inhabitants of the city, distributing his own leaflets containing weather reports to homesteaders, businesspeople, and the vampirics alike.
