Dr. Megahurtz

Dr. Fritz Megahurtz is the chief robotics currently residing within the labratory in Toontown Central's HQ. Prior to this they used to work under Rose, infiltrating the sellbot HQ for any and all intel they could find. After discovering various blue prints on the inner workings of cogs they used this knowledge to build robots in the image of fellow toons to help everyone on the front lines. Ever since their big success they've since hung up their gags and have remained in HQ since, continuing their work and monitoring the production and training of robot toons. As of right now there are only three robot toons in existance, two of which being Ginger and Sadie, both made and trained by Fritz.
