Ariel is the bringer of the rainbow and the escort of Jesus Christ.
They cannot speak. They are approved for frequent miracle use, so that they can project their voice/thoughts to others so they can talk to them.
They/She
God occasionally will speak with them. They do not share this fact with anyone typically.
They have not been on Earth since the final time they escorted Jesus from it.
Post Non-Armageddon, they are assigned the new ambassador to Earth and Heaven to replace Aziraphale. Their lack of knowledge of life on the planet in modern times, however, brings them to the angel to ask him to guide them.
