✦ I retain full rights to all my designs. this includes but is not limited to the right to use all designs as a sample for sales / self-promotion, or add designs to personal galleries, portfolios, or social medias.

USAGE

✦ Under no circumstances are you allowed to replicate or claim the design as being created by you or someone else other than myself. Even in the case of redesigns, please credit me as the original designer.
Always credit the design to FALSEHERETIC. 
failure to credit me for my designs is a violation of my TOS, and a violation of copyright law.
If you refuse to credit me i may reclaim the design and resell it.

✦ Once you legitimately own one of my designs, you may use it in whatever fashion you like! You may use it as a sona, mascot, kin, vent/rant character, or as a character in stories/worlds/projects. All as long as they are not for commercial use, and not used for any sort of hate speech or bigotry.
I don't care if you make NSFW of my designs, as long as you follow Toyhouse's NSFW rules.

✦ You may resell or trade my designs in whatever way (and for however much) you please. But please take into consideration how much you originally paid for the character, and how much worth it may have gained in that time. If you did not pay for additional art please do not sell the character for unrealistic prices. (such as $100+ over the original price)

✦ You may create an alternate designs/species/gender/etc of the original design. But please do not separate additional designs from the original design. When selling or trading the character, please keep additional designs with the original.

OWNERSHIP

✦ The character MUST stay on Toyhouse. If sold to someone who does not have Toyhouse, I can offer the new owner a code, or you can keep the profile on your account and state that it has been sold, or you can transfer it back to me and i will store it on my storage account.
This helps me keep track of my designs.
Designs deleted off Toyhouse will be assumed as voided, and without proof of ownership I will treat as stolen.

✦ You may co-own my designs, but it is not my responsibility to settle any ownership disputes.

✦ I will not get involved in any ownership disputes unless it violates my TOS.

✦ Once ownership has been exchanged, you no longer have any rights to the character. You may no longer dictate how the character is used, or use it yourself without the permission of the new owner.

✦ Blocked users are automatically blacklisted, and may not receive any of my designs. knowingly trading my designs to blacklisted users will also blacklist you from owning my designs. (im aware that i do not publicly publish my blacklists, so if you were unaware when trading, it is not your fault. it is the fault of the blacklisted person.)
