Gretel is a nomadic time traveler that explores the multiverse. He ascended to a higher plane of existence through reincarnation and learned the ability of absolute access (being able to access any place, location, or time). He uses this ability to visit alternate realities, dreams, ideas, destroyed/shattered dimensions, impossibility, higher perceptions of reality, and nonexistence.
In a past life, Gretel was the first being to transcend the grid, a metaphysical barrier that makes souls alive but binds them to bodies. He punctured a hole in the grid and brought souls to fruition in the alpha reality.
