GRID's Ownership

As the purchaser, once you own the design it is 100% yours, the only right to the design I have is being credited as the one who made it (ofc, if you redesign the character so it is barely visible that it was once my design, you may only credit me as the designer of the first/original designer, and not the redesigner/designer for the update design.)

How can you edit my designs?: 

- colorshift

-marking changes

-species shift (can become a closed species, or voided as it's closed species)

how can you NOT edit my designs?:

- if this is a human design, and they are black/have intended cultural importance, you may NOT remove that from them (as it is intended as white washing. if they are white, you are fine to make them black, however.) 

- give them NSFW traits as a child, feral animal or in any other bigoted way. 

you may delete my designs off toyhouse, but if you plan on doing so could you notify me first, and if possible, tell me as to why! (preferably, although it is optional to do so!)

stealing my designs, whether they have been bought or not, is not permitted, under ANY circumstance! 

Claiming the design as yours, or the art that belongs to them, is also, not allowed. 

my designs may be co-owned, but do not involve me in ANY drama between co-ownership. 

inspiration may be taken from my designs, unless it has been redesigned in ANY way by the new owner, or they request that ANY characters they own may not be color-picked or inspired from.
